The management and collection of receivables is quite sensitive business area. During past years we are experiencing an increase of general and public awareness of the financial and social impacts of indebtedness and at the same time we are actively supporting changes in the area of collection ethics, which also goes beyond the development of relevant legislation.
In order to engage more effectively and contribute our experience to influencing these processes, our founder McGrath & Arthur s.r.o. became a member of ASINS, the Association of Slovak Collection Companies and HUAN association of Croatian Collection Agencies, which are also a member of FENCA, the Federation of European National Collection Agencies.
The aim of ASINS is, among other things, to ensure compliance of its members with legal regulations and ethical principles in area of the collection of receivables.
Our founder McGrath & Arthur s.r.o. is holding the ISO 9001 quality certificate, confirming the standard of the quality management system according to the International Organization for Standardization and is also registered as official “Partner of the public sector”.
